Everyone’s healing path is unique. The right service depends on what you are looking for in this season of your life.
Services such as Somatic Experiencing, Yoga Therapy, TRE, and Wellness Coaching can be integrated into a psychotherapy session when a mental health diagnosis is required for insurance reimbursement. If you prefer to pay out of pocket, a diagnosis is not needed and we can work together more flexibly based on your preferences and goals. Together, we will collaborate on an individualized, sustainable plan that supports your healing and growth.
Psychotherapy helps reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress while supporting deeper emotional and relational healing.
Wellness Coaching focuses on setting goals and creating sustainable lifestyle changes so you can thrive in daily life.
Yoga Therapy blends movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support regulation, strength, and a more grounded connection with your body.
Somatic Experiencing® (SE) gently works with the nervous system to release stored stress and trauma patterns at a pace that feels safe.
Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) is a guided approach that uses neurogenic tremors to help the body unwind and reset after prolonged stress.
If you are unsure where to start, we can talk through your goals, symptoms, and preferences together so you feel confident in choosing an approach that supports your growth.

Yes, for your convenience and access to care, secure telehealth sessions are available with your informed consent and insurance approval when required. Virtual therapy allows you to receive support from the comfort of your own space while still benefiting from the same professional standards of privacy, connection, and care as in-person sessions.
If you are interested in telehealth, we can discuss your preferences and ensure this option feels like a good fit for your needs.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change or heal, and what approaches feel most comfortable for you. I will ask questions about your history, current concerns, and strengths so I can better understand your unique nervous system and lived experiences.
We will also discuss how I work as a somatic psychotherapist. I will explain the evidenced-based cognitive and mind-body approaches I use, answer any questions, and check in regularly to make sure you feel safe and empowered throughout the process.
This session includes reviewing important policies and procedures such as scheduling, communication, fees, confidentiality, and your rights as a client. Together, we will collaborate to set initial goals and identify the first steps toward the changes you want. We will move at a pace that feels right for you while laying the foundation for meaningful healing.

I believe in offering insurance to make therapy more accessible. When using insurance, a diagnosis is required at the end of our first session. Diagnosis is often a critical aspect of treatment and can provide insight for proper care. My practice is to explore and discuss diagnosis with every client to make sure you are comfortable with and fully understand the role of diagnosis in your treatment.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged half the session fee. I value flexibility and understand that life can be unpredictable. If something comes up that prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss options.
If more than two sessions are missed within a 30-day period, we will discuss whether this is the right time for therapy. In some situations, you may be placed on a waitlist until you are able to attend more consistently.
My goal is to support your care while also maintaining a schedule that respects both of our time.
