• Insurance or Out of Pocket $175/50 minutes

As a trauma-informed psychotherapist, I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that impact your wellbeing. Using DBT, EMDR, IFS, ACT, and Somatic Experiencing as psychotherapy, I help clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and support you through various life transitions. Our work focuses on building nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and healthy coping skills so you can feel more grounded, balanced, and connected in your life.

  • Insurance as part of psychotherapy OR out of pocket $175/50 minutes

Somatic Experiencing therapy is a body-based approach that helps resolve symptoms of trauma and chronic stress by restoring your nervous system’s natural rhythm. SE gently guides awareness to physical sensations, allowing your body to release stored tension and complete incomplete stress responses. This process supports healing fostering a greater sense of safety and presence in daily life. Somatic Experiencing sessions may be a part of psychotherapy or separate.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that helps people heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. It works by using guided bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) to help the brain identify, process and integrate memories that may be “stuck,” reducing their emotional intensity. EMDR does not require detailed discussion of the trauma and is effective for concerns such as trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and performance blocks, helping clients feel more grounded, resilient, and in control.

  • Yoga Therapy for mental health combines gentle movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation practices to support emotional regulation and physical wellbeing. Sessions are individually tailored and trauma-sensitive, helping to calm the mind and body while improving flexibility, strength, and resilience. Yoga Therapy can be especially helpful for anxiety, chronic pain, trauma recovery, and stress relief, and offers a bridge between psychotherapy and holistic healing.

  • TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a simple yet powerful method that helps the body release deep muscular tension and calm the nervous system. By activating the body’s natural shaking or tremor reflex, TRE promotes relaxation, reduces symptoms of chronic stress and trauma, and enhances emotional balance. It’s an effective self-care tool for athletes, or anyone seeking natural ways to manage stress. Once taught and scaffolded safely, TRE can be incorporated into your daily lifestyle as a tool for relaxation and regulation.

  • Through holistic wellness coaching, we focus on practical ways to create balance in your daily life. Together, we’ll explore habits, mindset, and routines that support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. This approach can include stress management, self-care planning, lifestyle adjustments, and mindfulness practices. Coaching is ideal for individuals seeking personal growth, burnout recovery, or ongoing support for overall health and vitality.
